I submitted a ticket regarding a script that would not run and when their response came back weeks later, I had either fixed it myself or given up. In addition, the file transfer functionality within Atera is lacking in that I wish to send a file without initiating a full remote session and thus disturbing the user. > > Atera solves the problem of needing to physically visit each site to patch the operating system.
